Community Partnerships Lead
The person communities talk to.
You sign and onboard senior living communities and care providers across the eight counties, then keep their inboxes, criteria, beds, and prices current.
Opens your mail app with the subject filled in. A few sentences on why this role is enough.
What you will do
- The outreach list and every follow-up, in the CRM inside CarePair.
- The one-page pitch and the claim link for each community.
- Referral agreements, from first call to signature.
- Operator relationships: Elderwood, Brookdale, and the independents.
- Monthly data hygiene with each community so families see current facts.
What we look for
- You have sold into or worked inside senior living, home care, or hospital discharge.
- You can drive to Jamestown and Lockport in the same week.
- You keep notes without being asked.
How we work
- No incentives to a community that a family did not choose.
- The family decides, always.
Pay
Commission plus base, discussed on the first call.
