The second engineer.
You join a Next.js 16, TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS codebase with 330 tests and a HIPAA posture, and you ship the family and staff surfaces end to end.

What you will do
- Ship the family and staff surfaces end to end: design, copy, and code.
- Own the migrations, audit, and authorization paths.
- The physician entry flow and the aging-at-home mode next.
- Keep the boot test green and the deploy at twelve minutes.
What we look for
- Five or more years shipping production web apps.
- You have owned data with real privacy weight.
- You write plain sentences in pull requests.
- You like a small team where design, copy, and code are one job.
How we work
- Main branch, CI, one push per change.
- Decisions logged in docs/DECISIONS.md.
- No em dashes.
Pay
$140,000 to $160,000 plus equity, full remote, health stipend.
