The person families talk to.
You run first calls, tours, and applications for concierge families in Erie, Niagara, and Orleans counties, inside CarePair. Your name is the one a family sees when they ask for a person.
Opens your mail app with the subject filled in. Include a short note on the hardest placement you have done.
What you will do
- The review call within one business day of a family asking for one.
- The target list for each family, with fit and each community's criteria stated plainly.
- Sending applications and keeping every status honest.
- Tours, and the first two weeks after a move.
- Logging every touch in CarePair so the family and the team see the same record.
What we look for
- Three or more years in senior living admissions, hospital case management, or placement.
- You know the difference between assisted living, enhanced, memory care, and skilled nursing in New York, and you say "I do not know" out loud.
- A car and a clean driving record.
- A calm phone voice.
How we work
- You never complete a PRI, SCREEN, or physician form.
- You never give medical or legal advice.
- You never take a fee on a government-funded resident.
Pay
Commission plus base, discussed on the first call.
